Can you print over the zipper on a hoodie?
No, we recommend that you split the design down the center and leave a 3 inch space in the middle of the design. If you need any assistance with placement or artwork, please feel free to contact a customer support representative.
What is screen printing?
Screen printing or silk screening is a printing technique. The image to be printed is transferred to a very fine fabric or mesh otherwise known as the screen. The areas that are not to be printed are blocked out on the screen. Ink is then applied to the screen, and then moved across the screen with a squeegee which penetrates areas of the screen not blocked by the stencil. By using several screens a number of ink colors may be employed in a single print.
Can you print on sleeves?
Yes, but the design studio is currently not setup for imprinting on sleeves. However, if you do need sleeve printing, please call a Rushordertees.com customer support representative to update your order and receive the appropriate adjusted pricing. Sleeve printing must be small enough to fit on one side of the sleeve. Rushordertees.com does not offer wrap around sleeve printing at this time.
How do I give special instructions in the design studio?
There is a section called “Design Notes” on the checkout page of the design studio. Please list any/all concerns or requests you may have. A customer support representative will review the notes and contact you if needed as they process your order.
Can you embroider and screen print on the same garment?
Yes, but the design studio is not currently setup for embroidery and screen printing on the same garment. However, if you do need this service, please call a customer support representative for assistance and pricing. We will finalize your order with you, step by step, by phone and email.

All customers receive an emailed sample of their print before we begin production. How large can you print my image?
Rushordertees.com’s recommended print area is 10 to 12 inches in width scaled proportionally. The maximum print area is 12 inches wide x 14 inches high. For special requests, please feel free to contact a customer support representative.
