Our Embroidery Services Process
As one of the nation’s leading embroidery companies, trusting us to expediently deliver quality products is an easy thing to do. From high quality polo shirts to custom hats and towels, we can accommodate any order, big or small. Here’s how we do it:
Step 1: A customer submits a design. We take that design, clean it up, and figure out the best way to embroider it onto their custom polo shirts, hats, towels, or other apparel.
Step 2: We send the customer a final proof of the design for their approval. We do not begin production until each customer is 100 percent satisfied with the final design.
Step 3: We send the design off to our embroidery team, who quickly and carefully hoops and sews the logo onto the customer’s products.
Step 4: Each individual piece goes through a quality assurance process, wherein additional fabric or stitches are trimmed and cleaned up, and every piece is checked, and then re-checked, to ensure complete and total accuracy.
Step 5: We ship the order right to the customer’s door, but not before we provide them with a UPS tracking number and guaranteed delivery date.
Step 6: The customer receives their beautiful embroidered goods, falls in love with them, shows them off to everyone they know, and posts nice things about us on Yelp, Facebook, Twitter and Google… Or just shouts it from their rooftop.
What is the average turnaround time for embroidered apparel?
We guarantee our customers some of the quickest turnaround in the industry, delivering orders 7 to 10 business days after they’re received. However, if you need your products sooner than that (we understand that things happen), we can accommodate even the strictest of deadlines.

What kind of thread do you use?
While there are a few different types of threads used in the process, two types stand out the most in commercial embroidery – rayon and polyester. Which one is “better” depends mostly upon personal preference and the desired final product. Some prefer the natural shine of rayon, while others prefer the resilient vibrancy of polyester. Regardless of your preference, we aim to provide our customers with as many options as possible – so we offer both.
How big can my design be?
The recommended size for embroidery designs is four to five inches wide, but we have an excellent reputation for being able to work with our customers. If we can accommodate your request (and we usually can), we’re more than happy to do so.
Does Rush Order Tees offer tackle twill?

Will your embroidery last a long time?
Like all of the products and services we offer, we adhere to the most stringent standards of quality assurance. We mean it when we say we stand by the work we do. For our customers, it means we guarantee the quality of our embroidery services because our products are manufactured using the best equipment in the industry (Tajima) and the best quality materials. Your embroidery will last longer than the garment upon which it is printed.

Before accepting an order, we make sure it is something we can accommodate. We will not, under any circumstances, accept an order we cannot fill or whose deadline we cannot meet. By the same token, we’re not the kind of company that runs a nine-to-five operation.
